Jennifer Martin, President and Founder of JM Event Solutions, is a full-spectrum event strategist and operations expert known for delivering programs that perform. With more than 20 years of experience across hospitality, corporate meetings, and large-scale event management, Jennifer oversees every facet of an event lifecycle—from concept and strategy to sourcing, logistics, on-site execution, and post-event measurement.

A high-performance communicator and change leader, Jennifer blends strategic thinking with hands-on operational expertise. She excels at turning business objectives into purposeful experiences by managing timelines, budgets, vendor teams, creative elements, and stakeholder communication with clarity and precision. Her depth of industry knowledge and expansive network enable her to source ideal venues, negotiate smart contracts, and build partnerships that elevate every program.

Jennifer’s career spans leadership conferences, President’s Clubs, incentive travel, trade shows, customer appreciation events, product launches, executive retreats, and intimate VIP experiences. No matter the scale or complexity, she is known for transforming ideas into flawlessly executed programs that drive engagement, strengthen relationships, and achieve measurable results.
